At Premier we are committed to ensuring you enjoy your stay with us, whether you are an existing or a new Premier customer.
In our most recent customer satisfaction survey (December 06) 89% of the berth holders surveyed at Port Solent Marina said the customer service at the marina is excellent and 88% of them said they would recommend Premier to a friend.
This recent survey also highlighted a few areas that needed our attention. For example the showers and toilets facilities at Port Solent Marina.
So you will be pleased to learn we are addressing your concerns. Refurbishment is planned of both sets of berth holder ablution facilities this Autumn. The refurbishment will include the launderette and will be completed in Spring 2008.

just a short note to wish yourself and all the staff a very happy New Year, even though it is a little late. Have just returned our renewal of the berthing licence certificate commencing 1st April. Myself and Phil, my husband woule like to say it has been a very pleasant experience berthing our boat at Port Solent. We would like to commend all your staff for the friendliness and helpfulness portrayed during our time with you.
We wish you well in the forth coming year, and lets hope we can look forward to some better weather so we can use our boat more!!
